PRODUCTION SYSTEM, OUR RESPONSIBILITY

INIPRESS boasts an advanced production system which allows to monitor and programme production in real time by means of data transmission from a central unit to the presses and vice versa. This system allows us to measure the medium and standard time cycles, setbacks in  production and related causes as well as the number of pieces moulded in a determined time or in the moulding phase.

Our company also uses a scheduler (MRP) which allows us to set up a production programme based on the availability of the materials and the equipment in just 30 seconds.  In this way we can respond to specific customer requests fast and supply just-in-time products for which we are fully responsible.
